How should I apply for MSAT (PRIMARY)-2026 “Admission with Scholarship” Examination?

Step 1. Registration at MSAT (Primary)
Applicants are requested to log in to the MSAT (Primary) website https://msatprimary.co.in/
Click in the apply now and register themselves with their active Email id and Mobile Number. Once registered, applicants need to confirm their mobile number through OTP.
Step 2: Complete the application form:
Once applicants get registered at MSAT (Primary), they can proceed with the registered mobile number and password to complete the application form.
Step 3. Upload Photograph & Aadhaar card number:
Applicants have to upload their scanned copy of a recent color photograph in .jpg / .jpeg and .png format only and fill the Aadhaar Number.
Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
The applicants must fill up their application forms, pay fees and submit them online. Applicants have to pay their examination fee through Debit card/Credit card/Net Banking or any other medium updated on the webpage.
Step 5: Submission of application form:
Applicants have to submit their duly filled-up application form online by clicking the submit button.
Can I use one e-mail id and mobile number to fill multiple Application of MSAT (PRIMARY)-2026?

What are the eligibility criteria for MSAT (PRIMARY)-2026?
ACADEMIC CRITERIA: The candidate must have passed the final examination of 10+2 (Class- XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination with 50 % marks. AGE LIMIT: Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st Oct. 1998 are eligible to apply for MSAT(Primary) - 2026. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years.

Why should I choose three examination cities?
A candidate will most likely be allotted a Centre in the examination city of his / her first choice. Only in cases where there are too many candidates opting for a certain city as their first choice, the other two choices will be relevant. A candidate is required to fill his / her primary as well as secondary choices but should remember that because of operational constraints, the organization reserves the right to add a new city or remove an existing one and allot a city that may not be any of the choices of a candidate.

How do I make the fee payment for MSAT (primary) - 2026 examination?

My power / internet connection failed during Online Payment. What do I do?
When you can get back online, first check the status of your payment on the MSAT(PRIMARY)-2026 on website. If the payment was received by MSAT (PRIMARY) - 2026, you can continue the process of printing the application form. If the payment was not received, you have to start with the payment step again, to complete your application.
After completing the Online Application process and generating a PDF file, will I be able to change my application data?
No, after completing all the steps (up to PDF application form generation) in the Online Application process, you can only download the Application Form and cannot modify the data. Hence, you need to be very careful while entering the information. You may also save a partially filled Application Form and login in again at a later point of time to complete and submit the Application Form; however it must be within the specified deadline.
I have missed to take a print-out of my Online Application at the end of my application process. How will I get access to it?
You can login using mobile no. and password and take a printout if you want it for your own reference.
What are the special provisions available for Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates in MSAT (PRIMARY) - 2026 examination?
For PH candidates with any category of disability (viz., blindness or low vision, hearing impairment, locomotors disability and/or cerebral palsy), benefit will be given to only those who have at least 40% permanent physical impairment with respect to a body part/system/extremity/whole body etc. A PH candidate, if needed, can take the assistance of a Scribe during the MSAT (PRIMARY) - 2026 examination. Scribe is a person who can assist the PH candidate by only reading the instructions and the test paper, and also in answering the question, if the candidate is not able to do so.
I have a problem in uploading my photograph during the application on website. What do I do?
Please go through the Application Procedure link for exact specifications for the photograph, file. If you create the file as per the specifications, then you should be able to upload the file easily.
My Debit / Credit Card have MSAT (Primary) debited (money taken out) more than once. How do I get the money back?
This can happen if your Bank account / Debit / Credit Card were used more than once or you pressed refresh or back / forward button of your internet browser during the application. Any unaccounted or excess money that was received on behalf of MSAT (PRIMARY) - 2026 from this account will automatically be returned (credited) to the same Bank account. Similarly, any unaccounted or excess money received from Debit / Credit Card account will be credited back to the same account.
My Bank account has MSAT (Primary) debited (money taken out), but I haven’t received confirmation SMS or mail. What do I do?
This happens because of some failure in internet transactions (including failure of internet connection at your end). As soon as possible, you must initiate a fresh payment process on the website, and make the payment again. The money that was debited (taken out) from your account in the first attempt will be credited (put back) to your Bank account. You will be charged only once. Any excess / unaccounted debits will be returned to you.
